Who We Are

A Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer in Vancouver.

Elements Labs is a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer in Vancouver — one of a limited number of installers in British Columbia authorized to install the Ceramic Pro Ultimate Armor package. Vehicles from Porsche, Audi, Bentley, Land Rover, Jaguar, Aston Martin, Toyota, Honda, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Rivian have been protected at Elements Labs for Vancouver-area owners and dealership clients.

We install paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, vinyl wraps, paint correction, detailing, and chrome delete — recommended by vehicle, use case, and ownership goal. We are not here to oversell coverage. We look at how you drive, where the vehicle is parked, how long you plan to keep it, and what finish you want. Then we recommend the right approach.

Vehicles Protected at Elements Labs

Luxury, exotic, EV, performance, and daily-driver vehicles — built to last.

Vehicles from these brands have been protected at Elements Labs for Vancouver-area owners and dealership clients.

Vehicles We Routinely Protect

Built for the cars Vancouver drives.

Coverage planning, leading-edge wrap, and panel-specific recommendations for the vehicles we see most often in our shop.

How We Work

The four-step Elements Labs install process.

Every vehicle goes through the same disciplined sequence — no rushed jobs, no skipped prep.

  1. 01

    Consultation & Assessment

Vehicle review, panel-risk inspection, ownership-goal discussion, and package recommendation before anything is scheduled.

  2. 02

    Surface Preparation

Thorough cleaning and paint correction to ensure proper film adhesion and finish quality. Coating locks in the surface underneath — prep is the most important step.

  3. 03

    Precision Installation

Film or coating applied in a controlled installation environment using the KAVACA Design Access Program patterns and certified technique.

  4. 04

    Final Inspection & Delivery

Every panel and edge reviewed before delivery. You leave with aftercare guidance, a warranty record, and a clear maintenance plan.

02 — Protection

Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coating improves gloss, hydrophobic behavior, and easier maintenance. It helps reduce contamination bonding and makes routine washing easier — but it is not a substitute for paint protection film on rock-chip impact areas.

Price range $800 – $2,500+ Install 1 – 2 days
Ceramic Pro

Durable gloss and slick maintenance.

Ceramic Pro is a multi-layerable nano-ceramic liquid that cures into a flexible glass — 9H hardness, three times harder than factory clear coat. Ultra-gloss finish with self-cleaning behaviour.

Revivify Graphene

Premium coating, heat-activated recovery.

Revivify graphene coating is a premium option for gloss, slickness, hydrophobic behaviour, and manufacturer-stated heat-activated recovery from minor surface marks. For rock chips, dents, and road-debris impact, we recommend PPF.

Ask about Graphene
Which One Do I Need?

PPF, Ceramic, or both.

Paint protection film protects against rock chips and physical impact. Ceramic coating provides gloss and hydrophobic behavior but does not protect against rock chips. For comprehensive protection, both are applied — film on impact zones, ceramic over the entire vehicle including the film.

Why Choose Elements Labs

Five operating principles. No shortcuts.

Clients choose us because we focus on precision, quality, and reliability — and because every job runs through the same disciplined operating standards.

Specialized Expertise

Dedicated to PPF, ceramic coatings, and surface protection — not a generalist detail shop. Every technician’s hours go into a narrow craft.

Premium Materials Only

KAVACA, Ceramic Pro, Revivify, XPEL, 3M, Avery. We don’t substitute materials to win a price point — durability and performance over savings.

Controlled Installation Environment

Dedicated install bay with temperature, humidity, and dust control — every film and coating is applied in conditions designed for consistent results.

Meticulous Preparation

Surface prep is the most-undervalued step in this industry. We don’t rush it. Correction, decontamination, and inspection happen before any film or coating touches the paint.

Transparent Consultations

We will tell you when a service isn’t worth it for your vehicle. Honest recommendations over upselling, every time. That’s how we earn dealership trust.

Manufacturer-Backed Warranties

Protection that lasts as long as your vehicle.

As a Ceramic Pro Elite Dealer, our installations qualify for the full Ceramic Pro & KAVACA warranty programs — including the lifetime Ultimate Armor coverage available only through Elite Dealers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Vancouver’s most-asked PPF and ceramic questions.

Real answers from Elements Labs’ service desk — drawn from the questions our Vancouver clients actually ask before booking.

How much does PPF cost in Vancouver?

PPF in Vancouver usually ranges from about $1,200 for targeted coverage to $6,000+ for full-body protection. Published starting points at Elements Labs: Front bumper $649 · Partial front $1,099 · Standard front $1,749 · Premium $2,249 · Full gloss $4,999 · Full matte $5,499. Most full-front packages land between $1,800 and $2,800.

How long does PPF last?

Quality PPF can last many years when installed and maintained correctly. KAVACA film carries a manufacturer warranty up to 12 years covering yellowing, cracking, delamination, and material failure.

What is the difference between PPF and ceramic coating?

PPF is for physical impact protection — rock chips, road debris, scratches. Ceramic coating is for gloss, hydrophobic behavior, and easier cleaning. Elements Labs commonly combines both: film on impact zones, ceramic over the entire vehicle including the film.

Does ceramic coating prevent rock chips?

No. Ceramic coating does not prevent rock chips. It helps with gloss, hydrophobic behaviour, and easier cleaning. For physical impact protection, use paint protection film.

Is PPF worth it on a Tesla, Porsche, or Range Rover?

Yes. A bumper and hood repaint can cost thousands on premium finishes. Elements Labs regularly protects Tesla Model 3/Y/S/X, Porsche Macan/Cayenne/911, and Range Rover vehicles. See Tesla PPF, Porsche PPF, Rivian PPF.

How much does ceramic coating cost in Vancouver?

Ceramic coating at Elements Labs ranges from $800 to $2,500+ depending on vehicle size, paint condition, and coverage scope. Most installations complete in 1–2 days.

What are British Columbia’s window tint laws?

Under BC Motor Vehicle Act Regulations section 7.05, light-reducing film may be applied to the windshield (not more than 75mm below the top), side windows behind the driver, and the rear window (if the vehicle has outside rear-view mirrors on both sides). Elements Labs does not recommend illegal front-side tint configurations for road-use vehicles.

Do I need paint correction before ceramic coating?

If the paint has swirl marks, haze, oxidation, or wash marring, correction should be done before coating. Ceramic coating locks in the finish underneath — it does not hide poor paint condition.

Can ceramic coating be applied over PPF?

Yes. Ceramic coating can be applied over PPF to improve hydrophobic performance and make washing easier. KAVACA Ceramic Coated PPF includes the ceramic layer built into the film.
